TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website (www.andwolf.co.uk) and our Terms and Conditions have been created for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Any goods or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

 

It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enroll in a binding contract once the order is confirmed. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

 

We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.

 

All orders made are subject to availability. We will try our best to keep all stock levels at the same level to what is publicised on the site, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. We will email you confirmation of this rejected order.

 

Note that delivery periods are expected guidelines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

 

& WOLF does not sell outside of the U.K. any orders received from any other countries will be rejected.

 

All payments are received securely via Wix payments. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.

 

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website.

 

All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling and exclude delivery charges.

 

Please read and obey the washing/care instructions of your purchased item. We will not be held liable if these are not followed. Will not issue a refund on goods if they are not followed.

 

At & WOLF, we are committed to maintaining your privacy. Personal details are stored securely and will not be passed on to any third parties without warning.

 

While we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure an efficient service, it does not guarantee that the use of this website will be interruption or error free and we will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto your computer.

 

You must also be aware of the returns policy before purchasing any of our products.

 

We obtain the right to terminate or suspend the website and the service it offers at any time and without notice.

 

These Terms and Conditions supersede any oral agreement made between us or representation of us.

 

& WOLF obtains the right to override any of the Terms and Conditions at any time, and in any situation.

 

If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to be enforceable in full.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

PLACING AN ORDER

Our website allows you to click on any item, amend quantities, add to cart then when ready, review and purchase items in the cart. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as the order cannot be amended once submitted.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have finished placing your order, you will be immediately provided with an order number. We will also send you an email confirmation with this and full details of your order.

 

PRE-ORDERS & PRINT TO ORDER

We're all fond of new arrivals, which is why some of our items may be available to "pre-order". This means that you can order them in advance of the stock becoming available. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email with a rough estimate of time.

If your pre-orderable item is part of a larger order you've placed, we may dispatch your items in multiple packages to avoid any unnecessary delays.

In the unlikely event of our manufacturers or suppliers not fulfilling pre-ordered items, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will, of course, notify you accordingly. If for any reason, you would like to cancel pre-orderable item(s), please Contact Us, quoting your order confirmation number and we will be happy to assist you.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

WIX payment services accept all major credit and debit cards. Items are charged at point of order.

The information on your debit/credit card will not be used for any other purpose.

 

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

& WOLF does not sell outside of the U.K. any orders received from any other countries will be rejected.

SALE PERIODS

For sale periods, such as (but not limited to) Black Friday and Cyber Monday where discounting is applied, additional credit notes and/or other discount codes cannot be applied.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We aim to handle your orders quickly and efficiently. 

 

Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays

Orders are sent using order tracking and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location. Our preferred postal company is Royal Mail, but we reserve the right to change service at any time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours.  Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay. During sales or busy periods standard delivery may take an additional 3-5 working days.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THEY DELIVER?

We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card (or similar). You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you. 

 

& WOLF do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel. 

 

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.

REFUND POLICY

We are happy to refund any full price item if you are not in love with it. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition as sold, within 28 days of purchase (you must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving goods. You will then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us). We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the garment/accessory must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked.

 

If you chose to return goods, you will be required to arrange and pay for its registered return to us, unless the product is proven faulty. 

​

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

​

COVID - 19 

​

Due to current circumstances all customers returns will be quarantined for 4 days , before they will be processed. 

​

FAULTY GOODS

​

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

​

Delivery costs will also be refunded where you have paid for the service or where an “Express”-type service has been selected as per your requirements in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply.

​

Please contact us via email love@andwolf.co.uk. Please provide your Order Number as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.

We will contact you in writing to confirm the next actionable steps within 2 working days.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

To return your item/s: Please contact us via email (love@andwolf.co.uk) letting us know what you wish to return and we will send you a return form and address. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you send your parcel 'Tracked/Signed for' and keep proof of purchase. The goods are the customers responsibility until they reach us.

 

We aim to issue a prompt refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. You will receive an e-mail notification once the return has been processed

 

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
